It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Katie and I have been neglecting this project, and for that we’re sorry. We know a lot of you have been reaching out to us, but the letters just haven’t been coming in. We’ve had one person who has been awesome at sending us letters, and they’ve been piling up with nowhere to go. So we haven’t been doing our due diligence in getting the information about the project out there.
And that leads me to this. Letters From Strangers was a passion project set up by Katie in 2009, with me joining on in 2012 to lend a hand. It’s something we don’t want to let go of yet, so we are rebooting the project to bring it up to date. We’re making sure the blog and the Facebook page match up with all the correct information, and we’re exploring sending out photos and letters from us to you guys in the community. We’re also going to be setting up a Writing Prompt Wednesday (like stir-friday, but less messy).
So, thank you for joining us on this long, strange journey. We look forward to hearing from you and corresponding with you as we move Letters From Strangers into the future.
